Data created in the institution's business systems passes through validation and pre-processing and interface transmission to be reflected in the e-NaraDoum system, and the results are received according to how each case is processed. Why do we need an e-NaraDoum integration solution?
To reduce the burden of entering the same information twice, once in the institution's business system and once in e-NaraDoum. BABEL GOSIMS sends the data handled in the institution's business system to e-NaraDoum and receives the processing results back, and you can check send and receive status and processing results on the dashboard and the status screens.
Do we have to replace our existing ERP or business systems?
No. The existing business systems stay as they are, and BABEL GOSIMS is installed separately and integrated through APIs. Data structures and business rules that differ from institution to institution are handled with pre-processing, main processing, and post-processing logic configured per interface.
Which national subsidy data can be integrated?
BABEL GOSIMS integrates the interfaces of the four areas e-NaraDoum provides: common management, subsidy programs, program execution management, and execution and settlement. Eleven mandatory interfaces are provided as standard, and additional interfaces can be added according to the institution's scope of work.
What is the procedure for integrating institutional data with e-NaraDoum?
BABEL GOSIMS validates and assembles data created in the institution's systems according to each institution's business rules, then sends it to e-NaraDoum through the configured integration APIs. Processing results and the required master data are then delivered to the institution's systems, and status and logs are checked in the operations console.
What happens if an error occurs during integration?
BABEL GOSIMS lets you look up success or failure, error details, and reprocessing history by interface and by transaction to identify the cause of an error. Once the cause is confirmed, the records that returned errors are reprocessed in the operations console.
